How is the EagleOne Card used for University Dining?
Students must present their EagleOne Card to dine in the Restaurants at the Top of the Cedric Rucker University Center, and also when they want to use their meals and/or Flex Dollars toward food purchases at the Retail Dining Shoppes.
What are EagleOne Dollars?
Funds you deposit into your EagleOne debit account are called EagleOne Dollars, which may be used to purchase food in University Dining restaurants, the bookstore, laundry, and vending machines.
What are Flex Dollars?
Flex Dollars come with the Eagle Unlimited Meal Plan and the Block meal plans. They can be used at any university dining location. Flex prices for meals at the Top of the Cedric Rucker University Center are discounted over cash door rates. As long as you are on a meal plan, unused flex dollars will roll over from fall semester to spring semester. Flex dollars not used by the end of the spring semester will be forfeited.
Do meals roll over from semester to semester?
No, unused meals do not roll over from one semester to the next.
How can I change my meal plan?
You may change your meal plan up until the end of the first week of classes each semester. All change requests should be directed to Assistant Dean of Students Chris Porter.
Where can I get assistance if I have special dietary needs?
Special Dietary concerns should be addressed with University Dining Marketing Manager Rose Benedict at e-mail or (540) 654-2169. If you have questions during a visit to one of our university dining locations do not hesitate to ask any manager for assistance.
Where can I get nutritional information about the food?
Menu and nutritional information for the Top of the Cedric Rucker University Center are available on the free smartphone app, Everyday by Sodexo. Search Everyday by Sodexo in your app store. Download the app and then search for Mary Washington. Click on the menu for the Top of the CRUC and you'll see the menus for each day of the week. By clicking on the name of each menu item you'll get full nutritional information.
Nutritional information can also be found on our website. Go to the desired dining location and click allergen and nutritional information to view.
